How it works
1. Buy a VR headset. Either online or in a store (e.g. in Media Mart or Elgiganten). It is important that you buy one that fits your mobile in size.

Get to know it before you do anything else – like adjust it for a comfortable fit.
2. Buy the app “Nature at Work” either in theApp store
or Google Play. The price is 79;- incl. VAT.
When trying your VR experience for the first time:
3. Set your mobile to “Do not disturb” so that you can enjoy your VR experience in peace and quiet.
4. If you have VR glasses with built-in headphones, plug the cable from the VR glasses into your mobile phone.
5. Start the app and insert the mobile into the glasses.
Select which soundtrack you want by looking at it.
6. Then you’re on your way! If you want to go back to the beginning,
look down in the movie and keep your eyes on the house symbol
(home).
